How to claim your refund
If you have followed the T&Cs correctly, youâll be automatically awarded your refund within 72 hours after the end of the promotion.
You will NOT need to contact support. You should only contact support if itâs been 72 hours after the end of the promotion and you have not been awarded your refund. In that case, please keep your screenshot and BetIDs ready to send.Â

Single bets on NBA games will be paid as a winner up to $300 USD if the team you bet on loses by a buzzer beater in the 4th quarter or overtime.
It must be the final buzzer of the game.
A "buzzer beater" in an NBA game is defined as a successful field goal that adheres to the following criteria:
Timing: The shot must be made at the precise moment the game clock for the relevant period (quarter or overtime) reaches 0.0 seconds, or the ball must have demonstrably left the shooter's hand prior to the sounding of the buzzer. If the ball is still in the player's possession when the buzzer sounds, the shot is not considered a buzzer beater.
Period End: This can only occur and the end of the 4th quarter, or at the end of any overtime period.
Scoring Method: The successful shot must be a valid field goal, either a 2-point or 3-point shot. Free throws made at the buzzer do not constitute a buzzer beater for this definition, as they are awarded, not actively shot as time expires in the same manner.
