How to claim early payout
If you have followed the T&Cs correctly, you’ll be automatically awarded your winnings within 72 hours after the end of the promotion.
You will NOT need to contact support. You should only contact support if it’s been 72 hours after the end of the promotion and you have not been awarded your refund. In that case, please keep your screenshot and BetIDs ready to send.
